There are times in everyone's lives when they feel that they could benefit from some support. Perhaps you are feeling depressed or anxious, struggling to cope with life in general or just 'stuck'. Counselling provides the availability of time and space in order for you to explore any problems you may be encountering in your daily life or any issues that may be troubling you from the past. My style of working allows the counselling to be unique to you and focused on your life experiences, enabling you to examine your feelings and work towards improving your well-being. If you have any specific goals I also offer coaching techniques.
